Gates Open at 7:00 am – Please Arrive Early!

“Pre-Track” Schedule:

7:10 – 8:00 am - Registration & Tech Verification - Inside the Media Center (between the food concession  & the new leaderboard)

 7:45am – Instructors Meeting

7:50 am **The Novice Group must have their cars on Pit Road prior to the Driver's meeting **

8:05 am – 8:25 am - Mandatory meeting for all Drivers – Inside the Media Center (between the food concession & the new leaderboard)

8:35 am - Novices meet your personal instructor, who will ride with you during the familiarization session

8:45 am - 8:55 am - Track Familiarization/Warm-Up – All Drivers (Mandatory for the Novice Group, recommended if this is your 1st time at this track)

“On-Track” Schedule

9:00am – 9:20 am - Group B: On Track (Intermediate & Instructors -Restricted Passing Rules)

**** 9:05 am – 9:35 am Group A: Novices - Mandatory Classroom Instruction

 9:20 am – 9:45 am - Group C: On Track (Advanced & Instructors)

9:45 am – 10:10 am - Group A: On Track (Novice)

10:10 am – 10:30 am - Group B: On Track                                                                                                                                                                                                     

10:30 am – 10:50 am - Group C: On Track

10:50 am – 11:15 am – Group A: On Track

11:15 am – 11:40 am - Group B: On Track                                                                       

11:40 am - 12:00 pm - Group C: On Track

**** 11:30 - 12:00 Group A: Novice Classroom Instruction (Mandatory)

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm – Track Closed -Worker’s Lunch Break

12:30 pm – 12:50 pm – Group A: On Track

12:50 pm – 1:10 pm - Group B: On Track

1:10 pm - 1:30 pm - Group C: On Track

1:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Lunch Break

3:00 pm – 3:35 pm – Groups B & C - Combined: On Track (Intermediate Restricted Passing Rules Apply)

3:35 pm – 4:00 pm – Group A: On Track

7:00 pm - Gates Close - Have a Safe Drive Home - See you at the next ERME Event
